We’re so excited to officially lock this in: 🗓 Saturday, 9th May 🕐 1:00 – 2:30pm If you’ve ever dealt with foot, knee, or hip issues, this workshop is for you. This is your chance to learn how to use your feet the way they were designed to work — building strength, improving balance, and creating better connection through your whole body. When your feet function well, everything above them benefits. You’ll get to explore, practice, and feel the difference as we work on alignment and stability from the ground up — something that can carry over into your Pilates practice and everyday movement. There’ll be an option to purchase equipment if you’d like to continue at home. It's recommended, but not essential — we’ll have have some spares to use on the day, if not. Pilates Sound Meditation Workshop

On Saturday, 28th March, we gathered for a deeply restorative Pilates Sound Meditation workshop—moving slowly and intentionally to awaken the fascia, soften the body, and find a natural rhythm within. From there, we settled into stillness, allowing the vibrational healing of the sound bath to wash over us. As always, Sonja guided us through a beautiful sequence of sounds that left us feeling grounded, nourished, and truly nurtured. It was a moment to reset the nervous system, release tension, and prepare for the shift into a more restful autumn—staying in sync with nature as we move inward.
